  • Arrive no more than 5 minutes before the appointment time.
  • Mon - Sat evening (after 6pm) and all day Sunday appointments, please buzz 702 before entering the building to unlock the elevator.

  • We don’t currently accept any ICBC or WCB clients, if you are an existing client & has a new ICBC claim please contact us directly.
  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation of less than 24 hours or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours-notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours-notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the amount of the full regular fee for the service. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. Your therapist only gets paid when they see a client. For this reason, you will be charged the full regular fee for the service.

Life is all about balance. Relaxation is a stepping stone to tranquility. My goal is to give your body a little love, it deserves it. The greatest gift to yourself is self-care.

I have always enjoyed helping others find relaxation and enjoyment. My education in becoming a Registered Massage Therapist combined my passion for helping people with a thorough understanding of how the human body works. Combined, these motivate me to find treatments that will bring you therapeutic, peaceful, and relaxing massage therapy. As your RMT I can focus on connecting with your well being and assist your body in reducing pain, whether it is because of injury or stress. I will work with you, my patient, in achieving balance in your life by listening so I understand your specific goals and needs.

From a young age, I’ve always had a fascination with the human body and wellness. I think the main reason I chose to be an RMT was because I could help people while also making them feel amazing.

After graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in downtown Vancouver, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse background of patients and facilities. From 5-star spas to orthopedic clinics, I’ve worked with athletes, youth, the elderly, postpartum mothers, and people with chronic pain.

In my treatment approach, I like to assess and address the body as a whole and not just at a singular pain point. The body is a complex machine and I utilize multiple techniques to achieve any treatment outcome, from; Deep tissue release, Relaxing Swedish massage, Hydrotherapy, Myofascial release, or Proprioceptive facilitation. The aim is to affect & incorporate multiple systems to guide the body toward unified healing.

I believe that getting treatment doesn’t have to be an uncomfortable process and I strive to create unique treatment plans for each patient, combining techniques to make each session both effective and enjoyable.

I like to think that self-care isn’t just a luxury but an investment in your well-being. And the more we can invest in ourselves now the more benefits we can reap as we grow and experience everything this world has to offer.

Out of the treatment room, you can find me exploring new places, hitting the gym, or working too much on my businesses.

I have always had a deep reverence for the human body and its capacity to change, adapt and heal.

I believe that our fast-paced and busy world has a significant impact on both our mental and physical experience. For this reason, I center my practice around slowing down and creating space for rest, relaxation and body awareness. I work alongside you to create functional goals, while respecting your awareness of your own personal needs in order to heal and move through pain or dysfunction. I use an array of modalities including classic Swedish, myofascial, trigger point release, and neuromuscular therapy. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to connect with you and be a part of your healing journey.

I have always been involved in healthcare for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I also participated in almost every sport and activity, including basketball, volleyball, dragonboat, bouldering, wushu and tai chi. After working in healthcare in both community and hospital settings for over 15 years, it was only a matter of time that I would move onto a more hands-on profession that would combine both healthcare and working with the physical body.

Through massage therapy, I have learned more about the human body, how it functions, and how it moves. It allows me to help and encourage others to live a better quality of life and inspires me to further my knowledge in massage and manual therapy.

If I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me on the ice, taking photos, or around gaming with a bubble tea.
